1. Revoke TikTok access
To stop future access immediately, remove PersonalCreatorOps from the connected applications in your TikTok account settings. This prevents new API requests, subject to TikTok's own processing and revocation timing.
2. Request deletion from the application
Send an email to PersonalCreatorOps@gilberto-lima.com from an address that allows us to verify the request. Include:
- the TikTok username or account identifier, if known;
- the company workspace connected to the account; and
- the categories of data you want removed, such as tokens, content files, notes or workflow history.
3. What will be removed
After verifying the request, the operator will remove the requested PersonalCreatorOps records, which may include the TikTok connection, encrypted access and refresh tokens, account metadata, uploaded content files, operational notes and related workflow records. Information that must be retained for security, legal or backup purposes will be isolated and removed according to the applicable retention process.
4. TikTok data
Deleting data from PersonalCreatorOps does not delete content or records held by TikTok. Use TikTok's own account and privacy controls for data held by TikTok, and revoke the application connection there to prevent future access.
5. Confirmation
The operator will confirm receipt and the outcome of the request by email. If you have questions about the process, contact PersonalCreatorOps@gilberto-lima.com.
